Fees and conditions appearing on this website apply to members who join the Trust on or after 1 July 2010. Existing members' fees and conditions are as notified.
 

ENROLMENTS

 
 

Enrolling individuals

New members of Personal Super should read the Aon Master Trust Product Disclosure Statement and then complete the forms at the back of the PDS.

Once these forms are received and processed, the individual will receive:

  • An Aon Master Trust Membership Certificate
  • Confirmation of any rollovers and/or insurance cover
  • An ebenefits certificate that allows them access to their benefit information online.

You will receive a letter confirming the applicable fee structure, a copy of the membership certificate and any correspondence forwarded to the member.

Enrolling employers

New employers joining Corporate Super should read the Product Disclosure Statement - Employer Guide, consider the available enrolment options, and complete the appropriate application agreement that can be found at the back of the PDS.

The employer should also complete a New member advice form. This can also be prepared electronically from data on the employer's payroll system.

Once these forms are received and processed, Corporate Super members will receive:

  • A new member kit, including a PDS, that lets them customise their benefits to suit their individual needs
  • A membership certificate confirming their benefit details and an ebenefits certificate that allows access to benefit information online.

Advisers receive copies of any correspondence forwarded to members advising a change of benefit.
