Product and service enhancements Drill down for investment details You can now drill down from the investment profiles on our website to get more information on the underlying investments. Here’s an example. Click here then click on a hyperlinked fund in the table – it will take you to details of that fund on the manager’s website. Most of the Russell and all of the SSgA links are done and we hope to complete the few outstanding links in the next week or so. Insurance transfer: special offer extended to 31 March 2009 The option for existing members to transfer insurance cover from another super fund or retail policy into the Aon Master Trust – no health evidence required – has been extended to 31 March 2009. Here’s a summary of the offer. This option is usually available only to members who have just joined us. However, we are making this option to all our members in Corporate Super and Personal Super, but only until 31 March 2009. Provided the member meets eligibility and other conditions*, all they need to do is complete a transfer form and send it to us at: Aon Master Trust
so it reaches us by 20 March 2009 (this gives us time to forward it to the insurer by the deadline).
Emailing, faxing or writing to us? The move to Pillar (our new administration services provider) means we have a new general email address, a new postal address and a new fax number.
Re-directions will be in place until 31 January 2009 so any enquiries to the ‘old’ details during the re-direction period will still get where they need to go. Are your clients making EFT payments? We’ve got a new bank account too. We have written to clients who make contributions by electronic funds transfer (EFT) giving them our new banking details and the correct reference to include on their EFT payments. If they have not received that letter, they should contact us as soon as possible. Our ‘old’ account (with Macquarie Bank) will continue to accept EFT payments for a limited time. Those payments will be transferred (at no cost to the client) to our new bank account. If a client does make an EFT payment to the ‘old’ account, Pillar will contact them to remind them of the new banking details. Direct debit and cheque payments Direct debit agreements will transfer automatically to our new bank – if a client has a direct debit agreement in place, there is nothing they need to do. Any cheque payments should be made payable to ‘Aon Master Trust’ and sent to our new postal address (see above). Enquiries Except for the public holidays, it’s business as usual.
Transactions If you want a transaction to be processed by the end of December, please ensure that we receive the request and all required information by 19 December to allow for processing time. For feedback, questions or more information…
